Have breakfast every single morning, either at home or work.
Drink at least four glasses of water every day.
Eat at least two pieces of fruit every day.
Swim once a week, at least.
Cook for friends more often, trying to expand my repertoire.

Ditch procrastination and work as hard as I can.
